Below is a comprehensive pricing structure of the services available at the Full Potential Psychology Clinic, including Therapy, Reports, and Assessments. We have appointment availability for individuals covered under NDIS plan managed, NDIS self managed, Medicare, and private patients. To obtain further information, please get in touch with us.
Telehealth Appointments
At Full Potential Psychology, we believe that neither you postcode or your level of mobility should not affect your ability to access high quality mental health care. That’s why we are offer video conferencing, which is commonly referred to as ‘Skype counselling’ or ‘telehealth’.
For further information on video conferencing, please refer to our frequently asked questions. We use Zoom for videoconferencing which uses the latest secure technology.
THERAPY
We will invoice your Plan Manager the applicable rate based on your location, however NDIS does not cover the full clinic fee of $240 per session, therefore your will incur a gap fee up to $25.59.
Our rate is $240 per session. Our rate is $200 per session for a Provisional Psychologist.
Clinical Psychologist: Our rate is $240.00 with a $131.65 Medicare rebate. The total out of pocket cost will be $108.35 per session.
Registered Psychologist: Our rate is $240.00 per session with a $89.65 Medicare rebate. The total out of pocket cost will be $150.35 per session.
Further Details:
Medicare offers 10 rebated sessions per calendar year under a MHCP, you will need to obtain a MHCP for the 6 initial sessions prior to the first appointment in order to receive the rebate.
Your psychologist will conduct a review with the parent/guardian at the 5th session and will send a recommendation letter to your MHCP referrer.
If recommended to continue, you will need to obtain a new referral for the remaining 4 sessions prior to the next appointment in order to receive the rebate.
Your psychologist will conduct another review with the parent/guardian at the 9th session to discuss options and sends a letter to your referrer.
Our rate is $240.00 per session with a Medicare rebate of $89.65. The total out of pocket will be $150.35 per session.
Further Details:
20 SESSIONS OVER LIFE AND CHILD MUST BE AGED UNDER 13 YEARS OLD.
If appropriate and eligible, you can discuss the Helping Children with Autism Initiative with your GP. This allows 20 sessions across all allied health needs as a one time use. Item No: 82000
Our rate is $240.00 per session with a Medicare rebate of $56.00. The total out of pocket will be $184.00 per session.

Cancellation Policy
If, for some reason you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice otherwise a fee will be charged. Read the full details in our FAQs.
REPORTS, LETTERS or STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS
You will be able to claim through NDIS for the service, regardless of location. Our rate is $240 per hour. Our rate is $200 per hour for a Provisional Psychologist.

The Comprehensive Educational Assessment costs $2160.

The Intellectual Disability Assessment costs $1440.
